  • Can I get a Heat Pump?

    Not every home in the UK is suitable for heat pumps, and currently, only 90,000 homes can benefit from this technology. This means that eligibility is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, it’s important to act quickly if you’re considering this option for your home.

  • Who Can Apply?

    • You must own your home or a small business.
    • Your property must be in England or Wales.
    • Your building must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) from the last 10 years.

    You must meet one of these conditions:

    • Your EPC does not suggest loft or wall insulation.
    • Your EPC suggests insulation, and you add it before applying.
    • Your property is exempt from insulation (like a listed building).

  • How to Apply?

    1. Register your interest for an air source heat pump with us.

    2. We will apply for a voucher for you and must install the pump within 3 months (6 months for ground source pumps).

    3. After installation, we will redeem the voucher and give you the money.
